Dr. D. P. Solanki (Chairman)
Dr. D. P. Solanki is a graduate engineer in Polymer science and Master in Business Management with Hon. Doctorate In “Creativity & Innovation” from American East Coast University, NY, USA. A highly accomplished professional with over 35 years of experience in Plastic & Polymer Science. With Extensive experience in managing large, complex development projects worldwide, Dr. Solanki is a seasoned strategist skilled in operations and supply chain management. He has travelled extensively, attending international conferences and global exhibitions, gaining valuable insights and expertise in plastic processing and engineering. Dr. Solanki’s contributions extend beyond his professional roles.
He has served as the past president of the Indian Plastic Institute, working at pan-India level to support professionals and students in the plastic industry. Additionally, he is associated with the All India Plastic Manufacturing Association, playing a pivotal role in shaping industry policies and strategies. Recognized for his exceptional achievements, Dr. Solanki has been honoured by the World Book of Records, UK.
In addition to his industry affiliations, Dr. Solanki is an Advisory Board Member at Sigma University. He actively supports the development of plastics professionals by working with organizations like the Society of Plastic Engineer, funding educational programs and scholarship worldwide.
Dr. Solanki’s contributions to the plastic industry and society have earned him recognition from various industries and social institutes.
Mr. Mayur Patel (Managing Director)
Mr. Mayur Patel is a Managing Director and founder of Shefield Technoplast Pvt. Ltd, He leads the company with his extensive experience in the field since year 2006 and having an experience of more than 25 years. In spite of being a Commerce Graduate, he has graduated himself to a level of techno-commercial expert in manufacturing of plastic and metal components and assemblies.
Highly Experienced and ability to manage new business set ups with profit and loss, overcoming the challenges involved with strong techno-commercial know how.
He continuously invests in enriching his business knowledge not only through his active involvement in the company but also by attending programmes and other leading educational institutions. Actively contributing to various Industrial developments by associating with Savli GIDC.
His journey began beyond managing his company by getting associated with various industrials Sectors like Electrical & Power Transmission, Automobile, Irrigation, Pharmaceutical, Power Tools, and many more.
He has an exposure within and outside India. Participation in various international conferences/meetings and exhibitions like K-Show (Germany), NPE (USA) etc. across the globe gaining valuable insights and expertise.
